Recycle items in Pet Society

Is your room or chest too cluttered with unused items with no room for display? Now you can recycle it and exchange for a prize item. You can recycle anything, I’ve tried food, door and even poo! By the way recycle poo gives 8 recycle points, 5 point food item gives 10 recycle points.

Postoje 3 cut off points to cash out at 10,000, 20,000 i 30,000 recycle points. It is also an award that you can chase after!

Pet Society’s Hurdle Race Tips

When I first started hurdle race, I lost in all the 10 races. I had done a fair share of practice and hope these little tricks and tips helps you to increase your chance of winning.

I bet most would have missed this screen when you started racing. I did that’s why I lost all races for days. This is the first set of instruction which you need to read so as to do well in the race. It’s the basic.

Trick 1: When preparing to start the race. I keep my eyes on the pet that waves the start off. Look at that pet’s eyebrow when the screen is about to flash „GO“ the eyebrow will straighten horizontally and pause. That’s when I click on my pet to start.

Trick 2: When you are crossing the hurdles with water, click on the pet one more time to get them out of the water faster. Please do so only when you do not have consecutive hurdles in front of you. In other words be selective when you use this trick.

Trick 3: Pet društvo instruction on the speed pad is to step in the middle of the pad then click on the pet. This works most of the time, however if you are neck to neck with another pet and you are at the last speed pad, (Just before the finishing line) CLICK on the pet the minute it steps on the pad. You would find that you’ll have a higher chances of crossing the finishing line faster.

Trick 4: First of all, do you know how hard it is to take these banana screen shots. Arrh! I had to do stretching with my fingers… (meaning to hold down Alt, Ctrl and the PrtSc key all at the same time to grab the pic while controlling the mouse with the other??!!)

Ok I’m not sure how well you can see the wordings or if it turns out well on your screen. In any case I’m going to do a simple summary. See banana peel – Just CLICK on them, don’t jump. Zašto? Cos it’s faster and you may get coins at times.

A LEGAL way to win coins and raw points in Pet Society

Just added this game a 3 za 4 days ago and I’m at level 18 so sharing with you how i got those points and coins from. List will grow so I may do a few posts to keep the page short.

Tip 1: Get coins by walking through the trees. Some trees have coins there. Once you have finish a round and you needed more coins, go home or visit nearby friend’s house then get out of the house again to repeat.

Tip 2: Get coins and paw points by visiting friends and play, tell a joke, dance etc with them. Just do something. Plus you can get award for just doing that after X visits. Gold is at 300 visits. Check out your trophy status.

Tip 3: Get even more coins or paw points. After visiting friends, check out their happiness and hygiene stats. I normally don’t feed them because if they are hungry other stats drops faster. „You can visit other pets house from the world and you country network“ A lot of people asked me about this point, I need to make a special note on this, the „world and local country tab“ is not available currently. I noice that it has been removed after game improvement. I’m not sure if Playfish will bring them back again to Pet društvo. If they do then you know what to to, else this does not work.

Cheer them up using brush or just tickling them

Tip 4: Play games like „Jump the rope“, „Catch the Frisbee“ i „Pass the ball“ to get both the trophies and coins when you need it. Turn on the sound when you play, I score higher with that as I could „hear“ when my pet hits the ball and get ready.

Tip 5: Goto to the Stadium and participate in the hurdle race, Postoje 10 races each day, if you win the race it’s 30 coins per win.

“Pet društvo is a Facebook application that allows people to create pets, plunk them down in a house and interact with them. Not only can you play ball, feed your pet and buy things, but you can also give gifts and leave messages for your Facebook friends’ pets!

When you first enter this game, you will be greeted by the Mayor of Pet Society. After a few words from him, you make your pet! Be sure to make this pet how you want it, because it costs coins to change how they look, their gender, Ime, and colour. (Napomena: There are some styles that are not available right away that are only available in the Stylist.)

After creating your pet, you will be brought to your house. Once inside, the mayor will ask you to open your chest. It is in the lower left-hand corner of the screen. Inside it, you should find a comfortable armchair and a television. After clicking and dragging those into your house, the mayor will show you the three gauges of your pet’s status. Health, happiness, and cleanliness.

Health is restored by eating food, and a low health pet will move slower.

Happiness is recovered by brushing, or rubbing, your pet, playing games, visiting friends, or certain furniture items will increase it as well. I have not let my pet’s happiness fall to low levels, so I do not know what a low-happiness pet does.

Cleanliness is recovered by washing your pet with soap. A pet who is not clean will have flies flying around it, and it may leave a little gift for you on the floor… You can clean that gift up by clicking on it. You also gain a coin for that.

You can practice brushing, feeding, washing, and rubbing at this point. The new items should be in your item box. To brush, simply click and drag the brush over your pet until it shows a happiness symbol float up—the same goes for washing. Rubbing, you just simply click on your pet and move the mouse on them. For feeding, you simply drop the food near your pet, they will walk to it and eat it if they are hungry.

Sometime while practicing those, you will get a letter at your door! This contains 50 coins from the “Lottery.” Once a day, you will gain 50-500 coins from the lottery. After receiving this, you will be promoted to Rank Two and receive 100 coins and a ball to play with!

Before you play with your ball, check out that shirt icon on the lower left screen. In it will be a retro green polo and either a baseball cap or a ten gallon stetson (which is worth much more).

Sada, I highly recommend getting your gold trophies in the sports ASAP. Oh! You can get trophies in this game. You will see a trophy button on the lower left side of the screen. It will tell you what you have to do to get trophies. All bronze trophies give 50 coins, silver gives 100 coins, and gold gives 150 coins.

Svejedno, about getting your sport trophies. The ball and frisbee are easiest at lower levels since your house is smaller, which allows them to bounce off walls more easily. For the ball, simply drop it on your pet, and you will toss it back and forth just don’t let it hit the floor! When you get a silver trophy, you should reach the next rank, 100 coins, and receive a frisbee!

The frisbee is a tad more difficult to play with, as it is more difficult to click on, but it goes further and can bounce many times before landing on the ground. After getting at least a silver trophy in this, you should rank up, get 100 coins, and get your jump rope!

The jump rope does not need to be done now. Since you stay in one place, a bigger house won’t hurt you. Now let’s say you already have a large house, and you want to bounce the ball/frisbee off the walls. Just go to a friend’s house that is small! You can play and get a score there, just make sure you’re playing with your pet. Scores on your friend’s pet will not help you. But you might as well do some jump roping, since you should be all pumped up from the other two games!

With the jump rope, you will click your pet when the rope gets into range. As time passes, the rope will speed up‚ thus you need to click more often.

After all of that, you are well ready to explore the world of Pet Society and with about 1,500 coins in your pocket! I’ll give a brief tour of the town.

When you first leave your house, go left. The first “shop” you come across is the Stylist. Here you can pay to change the look, gender and name of your pet. It will costs coins to change the name and colour each time, but styles of the face, forehead, eyes, eyebrows, ears, nose, mouth, and head shape will cost coins just once, then you can switch between them as often as you like!

Next on the tour, further to the left, is the bank. U, you can’t store coins here and gain interest. You can, Međutim, purchase coins using REAL LIFE currency and you can get 3000 coins for “free” although many require a credit card and some sort of subscription and/or shipping and handling fees. In my experience, do not sign up for this stuff…

Head back to your house area. Head to the right. You will see the food shop. Here you can buy feed to keep your pet healthy! Then comes the furniture shop. The most well-known object in there is the mystery box! They come in three sizes: cheap (RMB), regular (BMB), and expensive (GMB)! Each one holds a RANDOM piece of clothing, door, carpet, wallpaper, or furniture, and you don’t always get a good deal out of it (since it is RANDOM) Međutim, many players are willing to trade items for mystery boxes. Check the Pet Society forums. But promise to be careful, there are some mean people out there that will scam you of your hard-earned coins.

Next is the clothes store. Pa, I think you know what this one is. You can buy shirts, hats, pants, Cipele, and wrist gear. You can have two wrists equipped at a time, one on each wrist.

Head straight down, past the closed housing (unless you already have friends here!). You can click on these houses if you wish to invite friends to play this with you. (Recommended!) You can visit your friends once a day (or sometimes more often) for paw points and coins!

Anywho, here you will see a closed down Café. It will open sometime in the future. Next to that is the D.I.Y. Depot. In here you will find carpets and wallpapers, as well as windows and doors.

Pa, that’s all for the beginner’s guide. This is by no means THE way you should play, but this is what I find to be the best when I help my friends who are just starting to play.

Ball: Make sure you have the sound effects on, upon hearing a “plop!” Your pet will have hit the ball and you can then hit it. You can have your mouse right over their head and click as soon as you hear that sound. You may have to move further away once the ball is being thrown with more force. This will speed up your game.

Frisbee: No hints really, except play this in the smallest house you can find! You will want a few chances to hit the dang, skinny thing!

Jump Rope: Sada, you notice how the rope turns red? That’s when it is safe to jump. Međutim, since most people’s reflexes are not 0.00 sekunda, I tend to click when I see the rope pass the eyebrows. (The rope will still be black.) Doing it this way gives a bit more time to jump once the rope starts going super-fast.

Paw points are needed to rank up in this game. Each rank will upgrade an item of yours, or your house, and give you 100 coins. (Each one comes with a spiffy title as well!) You sometimes gain 2-7 paw points when washing or brushing pets, you gain 16-17 when feeding pets. More expensive food simply feeds them faster, it does not give more paw points (That I have seen, Svejedno). Sending items to friends can get a lot of points! The number of points gained depends on the item’s price. I got 100 points for sending a 10,000 coin item! Visiting friends will give you 5 paw points each visit. Playing with the mini-game items will give you paw points if you score high enough.

Everyone wants more coins. One of the best ways is to buy mystery boxes and trade the items away on the forums for more boxes or items you want. Generally an item is worth about 3x the selling price. But don’t ask for the full price, since most people give discounts! As I said before, be careful while doing this, there are scammers out there!

Other, less risky, ways of obtaining coins are… Walking through trees. Some of them will drop one coin. Washing, brushing, or feeding your pet, sometimes these activities will give you two coins. Playing the mini-games with your pet will conclude in some coins being dropped. Visiting your friends will result in 20 coins per friend per day. (Sometimes you can do this more than once with newer friends, not sure of the exact time between getting coins for newer friends.)

Some people swear by the small mystery boxes, that they can make you a small fortune. But I’ve never had luck doing this, I always lost coins. Svejedno, you buy small mystery boxes and open them, then selling the contents in game. (which range from 16 coins to 66 coins selling value. Sometimes it will contain another mystery box! (Maybe a different size!)) If your willing to wait awhile, trading these items away would definitely make a profit, but some of the items are not highly wanted.

What are the games that I can play in Pet Society?

Inside your treasure chest are 3 toys. There is a jump rope, a ball and a Frisbee. You can play with any of these toys. You can also play with them at your pets friends homes.

To play with an item, drag it out of your chest and place it above your pets head. You will get instructions on what to do! Playing with your pet keep their green bar up, that’s the happiness bar! You will also get kutaks for playing. Each 7 jumps, bumps or tosses will earn you 1 coin. Međutim, you can’t get coins from your neighbors pets. But play with them anyway because they love it.

The stadium has hurdle races everyday! You get to run 10 races. You can practice all you want, and bet as well.
When you go into the stadium the first time, you will see 3 options.

1. Race

You will see the number 10 with the Race option. As you finish races this number will count down.

After 10 Races you’ll have to come back the next day to it again.

1st place you get 30 novca i 20 Paw Points.
2nd place you get 10 Paw Points.
3rd place you get 5 Paw Points.

2. Practice

As stated before you can practice all day or until your pet is just too tired. You don’t get coins in the Practice game but you will get Paw Points.

1st place you get 20 Paw Points.
2nd place you get 10 Paw Points.
3rd place you get 5 Paw Points.

3. Bet

Then there is the Bet option. This is great if you are lucky! You can bet in increments of 5 Coins for the pet you choose to win.

If you bet 5 Coins and the pet you chose wins, you win 10 Coins.
If you bet 25 Coins and the pet you chose wins, you win 50 Coins and so on.
But remember no matter what you bet, if the pet you chose loses you lose those coins!
So choose wisely and Good Luck!

What are other ways to earn Coins in Pet Society?

There are lots of fun ways for you and your pet to earn Coins. The best way of course is to go and visit your friends in your neighbourhood! You earn Paw Points and Coins this way.

You can only earn Coins on your first visit, but you get Paw Points each time you visit.

There is no limit to the number of friends you can have but there is a limit on the amount of Coins per visit.

visits 1-50 = 20 Coins, 5 Paw Points.
visits 51-75 =10 Coins, 5 Paw Points.
visits 76 and beyond = 5 Coins, 5 Paw Points.

You can also earn extra Coins and Paw Points by helping take care of your friends Pets. You can wash them, pet them and even feed them! Just check their Cleanliness, Happiness and Health Bars. They are smaller than yours and on the right hand side of the page under the picture of your friends pet.
The amount of Coins and Paw Points varies on each pet!

You can also win Coins by running through the trees in your neighbourhood! There is no set amount, it varies. But you can do this more than once. After you run through the trees you have to go back home, but then you can leave and do it again!

Visit the Bank. You can buy Pet Society coins for real money at the Bank. You can also sign up for a one-time account with Trial Pay and get 3,000 coins – but you need a credit card for most, if not all offers.

Don’t forget, everyday that you log in to play with your Pets you will win the Lottery. It ranges from 50 Coins to 500 Coins! Best of luck!

What can I do with my Coins?

Coins can be used to buy things for your Pet from the shops in your neighbourhood!
There are several different shops to visit. You can find each of these shops by clicking on the Globe Icon. From there you will get a list of each shop. Click on the icon of the shop you want to visit and your Pet will go there right away!

The Food Shop – This is where you buy the food to keep your Pets Health up. There is a big variety to choose from and the prices range from 5 Coins up to 2,000 Coins! There is occasionally Holiday Food too! You can buy as much food as you want and it will be stored in your Treasure Chest. Whenever your Pet wants to eat, the health bar will start to drop, the more it drops the more food or larger food it will take to fill your Pet up. If your Health gets too low, your Pet will start to move slower and their head will droop. And sometimes your Pet will “dream” of food! Also your Happiness bar will start to go down as well. So make sure you keep your Pet fed. All you have to do is click on your Treasure Chest and drag an item of food to your Pet, if it is on the floor your Pet will eat it! If you place a food item on the floor and your Pet won’t eat it, it’s because they are not currently hungry.

The Furniture Shop – This is where you can buy all sorts of furniture for your Pets house. You can buy anything from a Bedside Table to a Couch. There are lots of ways to personalize and make your house unique for your Pet. There are new things added so make sure you stop by often. And don’t forget this is where you can buy Mystery Boxes!

Mystery Boxes come in 3 different sizes:

Small Red Mystery Boxes (RMB’s) cost is 50 Coins.
Medium Blue Mystery Boxes (BMB’s) cost is 200 Coins.
Large Gold Mystery Boxes (GMB’s) cost is 500 Coins.

All sorts of things can be found in the boxes, each one is a surprise!

The Clothing Store – This is where you can find all sorts of outfits for your Pet! You can also buy accessories, like shoes, bracelets and hats. Everything your Pet needs to look their best or silliest can be found here.

The Luxury Store – This is where all the luxuries a spoiled Pet could ask for! The best of the best is located here. Top of the line clothes, namještaj, accessories and toys!

The D.I.Y. Store – This is where you get to buy things to really help personalize your house. From wallpaper to flooring to sinks and tubs. You can even buy doors and windows to make your Pets house truly unique.

The Café – After a long day of visiting your friends, sometimes you just want to take it easy. You can go to the Café and buy a Latte, Cappuccino or Mocha. You can also get a snack! The Café also carries cups and mugs and coffee makers for your Pet’s home. The best part is that you get to meet new Pets! The first time you go to the Café you will have a choice on whether or not your Pet goes to the Café when you are not playing with it. The instructions will pop up and you can make a Yes or No choice. Postoje 9 Pets sitting in the Café and you can click on them and get to visit in their homes. You don’t get Coins for visiting these Pets but you will get Paw Points. If you enjoy your visit you have the option to add this person to your friends list. Of course they will have to accept your request, but it is a great way to meet new friends!

The Bank – This is where you can buy Coins with real money. Please make sure you read all the instructions and in most cases you will need a credit card.

The Stadium – This is where you go to run your races, practice or bet on races.

The Stylist – Do you want to change your Pets colour or name or maybe you want to change whether they are a boy or girl. This is the place to do it! But remember changes will cost Coins. You will receive a pop up to let you know how much and if you are sure you want to spend your Coins.

There are all sorts of things to do each and everyday with your Pet. So make sure you explore the neighbourhood, visit your friends and have a great time!
